By entering the giveaway, you consent to receiving occasional marketing texts from Pearland Town Center. Manage your subscription preferences by replying HELP via text message.  

A successful entry will receive an automated reply text.   

The giveaway is open to all legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and DC who are 18+ years of age or older at the time of entry.  Void elsewhere and where prohibited.  Employees of CBL & Associates Management, Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible (as defined as parents, parents-in-law, children, siblings, and spouse) to enter or win. No purchase necessary to enter.   

A random drawing of all entries will be conducted on April 20, 2025. One winner will be randomly drawn. Winner will be notified via text message to the number entered for the giveaway. Winner must pick up prize in person at the mall office 11200 Broadway St, Pearland, TX 77584 during the times of MONDAY through FRIDAY FROM 9:00 AM TO 5:00 PM. Prize must be claimed no later than two weeks after being notified of winning.   

In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if the prize is unclaimed, prize will be forfeited.
